Head of Sales

House of Om is looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale the global sales function across Yoga Teacher Trainings, retreats, wellness programs, and future expansion projects.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on sales performance, accountability, revenue growth, customer experience, building a strong sales culture across the business and long-term community loyalty.
You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to improve sales systems, team performance, conversion rates, and long-term customer loyalty, helping transform House of Om into a globally recognised wellness and education company.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the global sales function across all House of Om offerings and locations
- Develop and implement sales strategies focused on sustainable revenue growth and premium customer experience
- Manage, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and conversion rates
- Improve the customer journey from first inquiry through post-training loyalty and retention
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimise campaigns, funnels, website conversions, and lead quality
- Monitor KPIs, reporting, forecasting, and overall sales performance across channels
- Improve CRM systems, automations, and sales workflows
- Build long-term loyalty and community engagement strategies for House of Om graduates and clients
- Partner closely with leadership on expansion opportunities and future growth initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 years minimum in executive or management position in Sales
- Strong experience leading B2C sales teams
- Experience in hospitality, wellness, lifestyle, education, retreats, or experience-based industries
- Proven experience scaling sales systems and growing revenue
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting, and digital sales environments
- Commercially strategic while still hands-on
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, international environments
- Strong emotional intelligence and people skills
- Aligned with the values of House of Om and interested in conscious business environments
- Highly organised, proactive, and accountable
Nice to haves
- Experience in wellness, retreats, hospitality, or transformational education
- Experience with loyalty or community-building programs
- Experience in startup or scaling businesses
- Experience with HubSpot, Kommo, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems
- Background in premium or consultative sales models
